Blueberry Cheesecake Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 1 c cottage cheese
- 30 g Biochem Nutrition Vanilla Protein
- 1/4 c blueberries
- 1 sheet graham crackers
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender.
- Pulse blend until well mixed but still thick/dense texture wise.
- Pour into a glass container and freeze for about 3 hours.
- Once ice cream like texture has formed- scoop, serve and enjoy!
