Blueberry Cheesecake Ice Cream


  • 1 c cottage cheese
  • 30 g Biochem Nutrition Vanilla Protein
  • 1/4 c blueberries
  • 1 sheet graham crackers 


  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender. 
  2. Pulse blend until well mixed but still thick/dense texture wise.
  3. Pour into a glass container and freeze for about 3 hours.
  4. Once ice cream like texture has formed- scoop, serve and enjoy!
