Carrot Cake Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- ¼ cup plain unsweetened almond milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup steamed, cooled carrots
- ½ cup cooked, cooled oatmeal
- 1/3 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 scoop Biochem 100% Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder
- ¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon maca powder (optional)
- 1 tablespoon plain whole-milk yogurt (optional)
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut or shaved fresh coconut (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chopped unsalted walnuts (optional)
- 2 pitted dates, diced (optional)
Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Serve with toppings of your choice. Makes 1 smoothie bowl.
