Carrot Cake Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup plain unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup steamed, cooled carrots
  • ½ cup cooked, cooled oatmeal
  • 1/3 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 scoop Biochem 100% Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder
  • ¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon maca powder (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon plain whole-milk yogurt (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut or shaved fresh coconut (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped unsalted walnuts (optional)
  • 2 pitted dates, diced (optional)

Directions

Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Serve with toppings of your choice. Makes 1 smoothie bowl.
