Coconut Peanut Butter and Strawberry Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Biochem 100% Whey Sugar Free Protein Coconut Flavor
- 8 oz. cold coconut milk or non-dairy milk of choice
- 1 scoop powdered peanut butter
- 1 medium banana, sliced and frozen
- 1 cup of ice cubes
- 2 strawberries, sliced
- 1 handful of gluten-free granola or muesli
Directions
Blend Biochem protein powder, coconut milk, powdered peanut butter, banana, and ice to combine. Pour into bowl. Place sliced strawberries, granola or gluten-free muesli on top of smoothie bowl. Serves 1.
