Frozen S’mores Bars


  • 1 cup Yogurt, dairy free
  • 1/2 cup White Chocolate
  • 60g @biochemprotein powder, vanilla
  • graham crackers
  • chocolate bars/squares


  1. line an 8x8 baking pan with wax paper or plastic wrap. 
  2. place a base layer of graham crackers covering the bottom. 
  3. top with a layer of chocolate (best is bars).  
  4. mix together yogurt, white chocolate and protein powder in a glass dish. 
  5. pour over chocolate layer in pan then top with a final layer of graham crackers. 
  6. freeze until middle layer is firm to cut through as squares!  
  7. ENJOY!!
