Frozen S’mores Bars
Ingredients
- 1 cup Yogurt, dairy free
- 1/2 cup White Chocolate
- 60g @biochemprotein powder, vanilla
- graham crackers
- chocolate bars/squares
Directions
- line an 8x8 baking pan with wax paper or plastic wrap.
- place a base layer of graham crackers covering the bottom.
- top with a layer of chocolate (best is bars).
- mix together yogurt, white chocolate and protein powder in a glass dish.
- pour over chocolate layer in pan then top with a final layer of graham crackers.
- freeze until middle layer is firm to cut through as squares!
