Green Goddess Smoothie
Ingredients
- 3 cups peeled and cubed honeydew
- 2 cups baby kale
- 1½ cups hemp milk
- 1⁄3 cup chopped fresh mint
- 3 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 scoops Plant Protein Vanilla
- Ice, as desired
- 2 splashes seltzer water
Directions
Add all ingredients except seltzer to a blender. Blend until smooth. Divide among 2 glasses and pour a splash of seltzer water into each glass. Makes 2 smoothies.
