Mint Chip Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- ¼ cup plain unsweetened almond milk
- 1½ frozen bananas
- 1/3 avocado
- 1 cup packed baby spinach
- 1 scoop Biochem 100% Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1/8 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 to 2 drops pure peppermint extract
- 1 tablespoon cacao nibs or carob chips
- ¼ teaspoon chlorella (optional)
- 2 teaspoon raw almond butter (optional)
- 1 teaspoon hemp seeds (optional)
Directions
Add all ingredients except cacao nibs to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and fold in cacao nibs. Serve with toppings of your choice. Makes 1 smoothie bowl.
