Mint Chip Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup plain unsweetened almond milk
  • 1½ frozen bananas
  • 1/3 avocado
  • 1 cup packed baby spinach
  • 1 scoop Biochem 100% Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 to 2 drops pure peppermint extract
  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs or carob chips
  • ¼ teaspoon chlorella (optional)
  • 2 teaspoon raw almond butter (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon hemp seeds (optional)

Directions

Add all ingredients except cacao nibs to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and fold in cacao nibs. Serve with toppings of your choice. Makes 1 smoothie bowl.
