No Bake Chocolate Chip Protein Cookies
Ingredients
- 40g Biochem Whey Isolate, vanilla
- 30g Oat Flour
- 10g Almond Flour
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- Pinch of salt
- 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
- 50g Banana or Unsweetened Applesauce
- 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1/3c Chocolate Chips
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, coconut oil, and banana or applesauce.
- Add all of the dry ingredients to your bowl, then use a spatula to mix it all up until a cookie dough texture forms- add 1-2 tbsp of milk if needed.
- Fold in chocolate chips, then chill for 30 minutes.
- Form XL cookies from scooping dough into hands then molding as desired!
