No Bake Chocolate Chip Protein Cookies


  • 40g Biochem Whey Isolate, vanilla
  • 30g Oat Flour
  • 10g Almond Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 50g Banana or Unsweetened Applesauce
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1/3c Chocolate Chips


  1. In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, coconut oil, and banana or applesauce.  
  2. Add all of the dry ingredients to your bowl, then use a spatula to mix it all up until a cookie dough texture forms- add 1-2 tbsp of milk if needed. 
  3. Fold in chocolate chips, then chill for 30 minutes.  
  4. Form XL cookies from scooping dough into hands then molding as desired!
