PB CUP FROZEN BANANA YOGURT BITES
Ingredients
- 1 large Banana, sliced into thirds into halves
- 1 c Peanut butter, creamy or warmed
- 1.5 c Yogurt
- 40 g Biochem Whey Protein Isolate
- 1/2 c Chocolate, melted
- Sea salt
Directions
- Spread the banana slices with peanut butter. Place each bite on a parchment paper lined plate and place in the freezer for 5-10 minutes or until the peanut butter is set.
- While setting, mix the yogurt with the melted chocolate and protein powder until smooth and blended.
- Remove the banana slices from the freezer and dunk each one in the chocolate yogurt mixture until fully coated.
- Sprinkle with sea salt freeze at least one hour!
