PB CUP FROZEN BANANA YOGURT BITES

Ingredients

  • 1 large Banana, sliced into thirds into halves
  • 1 c Peanut butter, creamy or warmed
  • 1.5 c Yogurt
  • 40 g Biochem Whey Protein Isolate
  • 1/2 c Chocolate, melted
  • Sea salt

Directions

  1. Spread the banana slices with peanut butter. Place each bite on a parchment paper lined plate and place in the freezer for 5-10 minutes or until the peanut butter is set.  
  2. While setting, mix the yogurt with the melted chocolate and protein powder until smooth and blended.  
  3. Remove the banana slices from the freezer and dunk each one in the chocolate yogurt mixture until fully coated.  
  4. Sprinkle with sea salt freeze at least one hour!
