PBJ Baked Pro-Oatmeal Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c oats
  • 3 tbsp Biochem Vanilla Whey Isolate Protein
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/4 c milk
  • blueberries, handful

Directions

  1. Whisk together dry ingredients.
  2. Add in wait ingredients.
  3. Fold in blueberries.
  4. Chill overnight in the fridge.
  5. Cook in the microwave for 2 minutes then top with additional peanut butter!
