PBJ Baked Pro-Oatmeal Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 c oats
- 3 tbsp Biochem Vanilla Whey Isolate Protein
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/4 c milk
- blueberries, handful
Directions
- Whisk together dry ingredients.
- Add in wait ingredients.
- Fold in blueberries.
- Chill overnight in the fridge.
- Cook in the microwave for 2 minutes then top with additional peanut butter!
