Peanut Butter Banana Protein Nice Cream

Ingredients

  • 3 T Biochem Plant Protein Vanilla Flavor
  • 4 cups of frozen banana slices
  • ¼ cup of nut butter of choice
  • ½ cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • Toppings: Chocolate Chips + More Nut Butter

Directions

Place Biochem Plant Protein Vanilla Flavor frozen banana slices, peanut butter, and unsweetened almond milk into a blender.

  1. Blend on high until a smooth consistency has formed. If the consistency is too thick, you can always adds some more almond milk.

  2. Add in mini chocolate chips and pulse to combine.

  3. Serve with more chocolate chips and a drizzle of peanut butter. You can eat the nice cream immediately, which will have the consistency of soft-serve or you can put it into the freezer for more of an ice cream texture. I recommend eating it immediately!
