Peanut butter Protein Footballs


  • 1 c peanut butter
  • 60 g Biochem whey isolate protein
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp df milk
  • melted chocolate
  • white gel frosting


  1. mix together peanut butter, protein powder, syrup and coconut oil until a sticky batter forms.
  2. roll out onto a flat surface.
  3. cut out small ovals (footballs) with a knife.
  4. chill for 30 minutes then drizzle and french with chocolate.
  5. chill again for 5 minutes and design with white frosting
