Pumpkin Mug Cake

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp almond flour
  • 2 tbsp Biochem Nutrition Pumpkin Spice Protein
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp almond milk

Directions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together in a 12 oz mug. 
  2. Stir in the milk, pumpkin puree, and vanilla.  
  3. Mix well, especially the bottom so there is no dry bits stuck at the bottom. 
  4. Microwave on high for 90 seconds.  
  5. Top with melted white chocolate and sprinkle with cinnamon if desired!
