Pumpkin Mug Cake
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp almond flour
- 2 tbsp Biochem Nutrition Pumpkin Spice Protein
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp almond milk
Directions
- Mix all dry ingredients together in a 12 oz mug.
- Stir in the milk, pumpkin puree, and vanilla.
- Mix well, especially the bottom so there is no dry bits stuck at the bottom.
- Microwave on high for 90 seconds.
- Top with melted white chocolate and sprinkle with cinnamon if desired!
