Pumpkin Spice Protein Balls
Ingredients
- 1 c Quick Oats
- 1/4 c Biochem Nutrition Pumpkin Spice Whey Protein
- 1/4 cup Pumpkin canned, plain
- 1/3 cup Almond Butter
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
- 1/4 cup Dried Cranberries (or any dried fruit)
- 1/4 cup Cashews, chopped
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- Pinch of Salt
Directions
- In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin, almond butter, and maple syrup.
- Once incorporated, stir in the rest of the ingredients until well combined.
- Roll into balls and enjoy!
