Pumpkin Spice Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 c Quick Oats
  • 1/4 c Biochem Nutrition Pumpkin Spice Whey Protein
  • 1/4 cup Pumpkin canned, plain
  • 1/3 cup Almond Butter
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 cup Dried Cranberries (or any dried fruit)
  • 1/4 cup Cashews, chopped
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • Pinch of Salt

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin, almond butter, and maple syrup.
  2. Once incorporated, stir in the rest of the ingredients until well combined.
  3. Roll into balls and enjoy! 
  4. *Be sure to store chilled*
