Pumpkin Spice Protein Truffles


  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1 scoop @biochemprotein pumpkin spice protein powder
  • 3 tbsp pumpkin purée
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free nut butter
  • melted sugar-free chocolate for coating


  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the oat flour, nut butter, pumpkin, and protein powder. mix until a sticky dough forms
  2. Then place the mixture into the fridge for about 10 minutes so it is easier to roll into balls
  3. After 10 minutes, take the mixture out of the fridge and scoop out about 1 tbsp size balls.
  4. Finally, coat them with chocolate and enjoy!
