Simple Greens Breakfast Smoothie


  • 2 small frozen bananas, broken into 1-inch chunks
  • 1 cup non-fat plain yogurt
  • 2 cups packed kale, spinach, chard or Romaine lettuce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 scoops Plant Protein Vanilla


Frozen bananas make smoothies rich and thick (not icy).  Ample amounts of fresh greens make this the most nutritious breakfast ever.

Place all ingredients in blender and process until completely smooth. Thin to desired consistency with 1/2 to 1 cup water. Serves 2.
