St. Patricks Day Mini Pro-Nuts


  • 1/4 cup Biochem Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1/2 c Almond flour
  • 1/4 c Cacao powder
  • 1/4 c Sweetener of choice
  • 3 tbsp Nut butter
  • 1/2 cup Milk, dairy free
  • White chocolate
  • Green food coloring
  • Green sprinkles


  1. Preheat the oven to 350F and spray a mini donut maker or pan. 
  2. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.  
  3. Add in wet ingredients, and mix until a thick batter forms (if too dry, add more milk 1 tbsp at a time).
Pour batter into donut molds. 
  4. Bake 8-10 minutes total, watching carefully.  
  5. Once cooled, dip each donut in a white chocolate mixture with added green coloring.  
  6. Sprinkles and allow to set!
