St. Patricks Day Mini Pro-Nuts
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Biochem Chocolate Protein Powder
- 1/2 c Almond flour
- 1/4 c Cacao powder
- 1/4 c Sweetener of choice
- 3 tbsp Nut butter
- 1/2 cup Milk, dairy free
- White chocolate
- Green food coloring
- Green sprinkles
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350F and spray a mini donut maker or pan.
- Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
- Add in wet ingredients, and mix until a thick batter forms (if too dry, add more milk 1 tbsp at a time). Pour batter into donut molds.
- Bake 8-10 minutes total, watching carefully.
- Once cooled, dip each donut in a white chocolate mixture with added green coloring.
- Sprinkles and allow to set!
