Vegan Gluten-Free Super Start

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Biochem Vegan Protein, Vanilla
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. hemp seed
  • 1/2 cup water (or vegan “milk” of choice)
  • 1/4 cup cooked quinoa
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts

Directions

Cook quinoa as directed. Roast banana at 375° for about 10 minutes. Mash roasted banana in a bowl and mix with water, protein powder, vanilla, cinnamon, hemp seeds and quinoa. Top with chopped walnuts, if desired. Optional: Add extra “milk” over the top after mixing.
