Very Berry Spinach Smoothie


  • 2 cups baby spinach leaves
  • 1 cup plain almond milk, coconut milk or skim milk
  • 1 3/4 cups frozen blueberries, raspberries, blackberries or mixed berries
  • 2 tablespoons hemp hearts
  • 2 scoops Whey Protein Powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)


Purée spinach leaves with milk in blender. Add berries, hemp hearts, honey (if using) and protein powder; blend until smooth. Makes 2 smoothies.
