Very Berry Spinach Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 cups baby spinach leaves
- 1 cup plain almond milk, coconut milk or skim milk
- 1 3/4 cups frozen blueberries, raspberries, blackberries or mixed berries
- 2 tablespoons hemp hearts
- 2 scoops Whey Protein Powder
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Directions
Purée spinach leaves with milk in blender. Add berries, hemp hearts, honey (if using) and protein powder; blend until smooth. Makes 2 smoothies.
