Mocktails are trending big and have become an essential part of the holiday cocktail spread.
From herbal elixirs to exotic fruity syrup-based drinks, seductive coffee, and cacao concoctions, endless combinations help you set the mood, sans the booze.
Although mocktails are viewed as a healthier alternative, many recipes still contain enormous amounts of sugar and artificial ingredients, so use alternative sweeteners or real fruit if that concerns you.
At BioChem, we believe in maximizing nutrition and fitness at every opportunity, including holiday celebrations.
That’s why we’ve created these three holiday mocktail recipes that combine clean and nutritious functional foods, herbs, and spices with satiating, blood sugar balancing protein and amino acids.
These mocktails taste great, are easy to make, and are a great alternative to traditional alcoholic cocktails!
